When creating your account one of the steps is to create a passcode for the App, it's that passcode.
If you would like to reset your passcode you can tap the 'Forgot?' button in the bottom left and you will be able to quickly make a new one.
Once you have received your card you will need to open the Revolut App and go to the 'Card' tab then tap 'Show my PIN' to view the PIN number for your Revolut card. How am I supposed to do that?
I can't log in to the app, as it wants a passcode. I assume this comes in the post either with the card or preferably separately, or maybe by email.“Official Company Representative

I'm not aware of having created a pass code.
I had not noticed before, but just realised that at the bottom right there are a few white pixels that might be the top of two words.
But no associated link.
Can I try to see if the screen format better suits another device, or is the account tied to only one?
edit: I can't do that, as the app is not compatible with my other device
edit 2: right, on about the 5th attempt I managed to hit the Forgot Passcode link as the app zoomed to full screen while opening.
It turns out I didn't set a pass code myself on starting the account, but had just stayed with the one sent to me.
There are two problems with that. The code sent is 6 digits with a hyphen in the middle, while it seems 4 digits are needed for the user's own one, and 4 digits are all you can enter when logging in. The other problem is that setting up includes 0 offered at the bottom of the displayed pseudo-keyboard, but the log-in screen has only 1 to 9
This is not impressive so far, particularly the shooting gallery attempts to hit a moving link on an expanding screen.
Sorry to the OP and others discussing the original subject. for heading off-topic with trifling support issues on a different product.0 -
Hi redux,
Apologies that you've been experiencing the issue of not being able to view the 0, we are still working to make sure Revolut is fully compatible on all devices, what device are you using?
The 6-digit verification code is to verify that you are the owner of the number you used to sign up. This is different to the 4-digit passcode for your Revolut account which is created in the sign up process.
If you are still experiencing a problem with your passcode please email us at support@revolut.com and we will resolve this issue.I'm not aware of having created a pass code.

As an overdue follow-up to my comments above, a later update of the Revolut app fits on my phone screen now.0
