HSBC loyalty isa transfers in

Sorry if this has been asked before. I plan to transfer a lump sum into the Loyality ISA from an old old isa account held by another provider, (one that I donot subscribe to anymore). Is transferring into a new ISA account such as the loyality isa mean that you have started a new subscription?
The reason I ask is because I have an active cash ISA that I subscribe to with a better rate but don't want to be forced to stop subscribing to that if I open this new Loyality Cash ISA with HSBC.

No, opening a new ISA does not count as subscribing. Just make sure you use HSBC's ISA transfer process and don't pay any new money into it.0
