Shopped online and goods haven't turned up - what now?

So I made a purchase online with a small independent retailer (lettersonlove). This was at the beginning of May.
Despite numerous chasers (no less than 10 both via e-mail - hotmail and via website and by whatsapp), I have not received my goods, despite a couple of promises to have my order "re-shipped". I am now just being ignored outright.
I paid with CC but the order is sub-£100. It's not a large amount of money but it's the principle that counts. How do I get my money back?
Thanks

Spoke with Amex and they got it sorted. Thanks - I didn't realise there was chargeback (I only knew of the £100+ method)!0
