My wife recently got a parking charge notice of £60 from UK CPS for being parked for 5 minutes no more in a disabled bay at the Vue Cinema Plymouth. she quite literally dropped my son off for an interview walked him in (he was nervous) and then returned to the car by which. time someone had written loosely a ticket. the car park is free and has about 20 disabled bay which I hasten to add we don't normally use.

Asthis is UKCPS it will probably be a contractual charge on whichv.a.t. is payable. Have they accounted for vat on their paperwork? If not it becomes a breach of contract and GPEOL applies More reading here

If you suspect tax evasion go here

those bays are provided for the disabled under the EA2010 and the landowner is liable for making sure non-disabled people do not park there, hence the ticket (it doesnt matter if there were 20 spaces or 200 spaces, they are still for people who qualify under the EA2010 and nobody else)
now read the NEWBIES sticky thread and appeal it using the template letter in post #1
it wont help you however, as UKCPS will doubtless reject the appeal, as will the IAS if you subsequently appeal to them too , due to none of the occupants of the vehicle having a recognised disability)
then its 6 years of debt collector letters and hassle, possibly a small claim in small claims court too, known as an MCOL (UKCPS issue up to 1000 court papers a year to the unwary)
its not help you need , its a miracle , which sadly wont happen , this is what they do for a living0
