Virgin iPad issue

This has only recently happened, every time I try to log in to my Virgin e mail account on my iPad, it 'throws me out' I end up with a Google message saying 'page unavailable' I don't have these issues on my desktop PC? any advice appreciated (in simple terms please) thank you.

sorry, just google Virgin email on iPad.
