Help - Vinci Hospital Car Park Ticket

Hi!

I am a patient at my local hospital in Cardiff, and I got a parking ticket in April but ignored it.

I later appealed via emailed, but it was rejected - and now they want £120!!

I've just had a letter from 'Wright Hassall'. What should I do? Am I safe to ignore it?

I have chronic health problems and I can't work, and I just can't afford £120.

Thank youx

PS. I have read the sticky thread, and it was great, but I am worried because I have emailed to appeal, and have run Wright Hassall which I have read I shouldn't have done! Have I messed up by doing this?

Apologies for posting about this, please delete if this is a nuisance i'm just si worried. Thanks

Have you read the stickies, searched this forum for Wright Hassle, or done any googling? If not, do so and come back with any queries you may have, Who id the PPC?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Vinci is the ppc , says so in the title ;)

ignore RIGHT HASSLE , do not phone , no contact at all

this should have been appealed right from the start, too late now

so you need to put a complaint in to PALS at the hospital, especially if you have a BB or are protected under the Equality Act 2010 as a registered disabled person ?

in other words, complain to the trust and get it cancelled

in future, appeal a pcn , dont ignore it , as they have 6 years to chase you under the small claims court (MCOL)
