As others have said, lift the rear seat squab and there will be a round inspection plate with three fixings on. Maybe screws, maybe hex or torqs dependent on the vehicle, undo those, lift off the plate and there is your access to the fuel tank.0

Undo the output hose from the fuel filter and direct it into a container, turn on the ignition, fuel is pumped into the container.0

All the places that ive bought cars if theres about quarter or more of fuel in the part X the the trader has agree'd to fill (or give me a agree'd amount) the new car with the same level of fuel.
Although I tend to negotiate with half a tank or full tank of fuel into the deal of new cars. cant see why the seller wouldn't agree to offer a reasonable guestimate sum for the fuel or fill the other car. why go through the hassle of pulling pipes and syphoning.0
