    £600 minimum?

Yeah normally I use the HCEO when enforcing any judgements, this was such a low amount so sadly it's only bailiffs. While bailiffs don't have as much clout as HCEO visiting an office with computers and staff and a public reception area they have quite a few options open for taking walking possession of goods, there is also consideration that if RW continue to ignore this (which as of yesterday they still have) then bailiffs enforcement fees get added to the debt.

Overall it will cost them more to attempt to set aside the judgement in fees and management time than just paying it and chalking it up to poor internal management.

Regardless of the above this is hardly an advert for using them as a company when they can't manage any debts that come to them and they themselves let debts get to the stage of bailiff visits.

Can stop the issue really easy then counter claim against the op
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

What would they issue a counter claim for, being ignorant of invoices sent? If that were true every debtor in the world would counter claim against creditors.

Bailiff just attended today and after some huffing and puffing and claiming they don't know what this debt is for, didn't get the letters/emails, wasn't valid and lots of other rubbish they paid in full.

Oh the irony of being a victim of your own business model and suffering the same consequences that you warn will happen to people if they ignore their debts.

Practise what you preach in future chumps!

There's a new series of The Sheriffs are Coming starting soon. Wouldn't it be brilliant if it feaured the HCEOs raiding the offices of Robinson Way, Mackenzie Hall, Buchanan Clark & Wells, Capquest...

    I'd watch that

Against a business loaded with computers? It did cross my mind that the op could do a 3rd party debt order and freeze their main account. But the court bailiff will collect here I think, unless RW do decide to try set aside and defend the claim.

    yes
