Hello there I have overpaid my Santander CC (money got taken out I paid CC off but never received goods so company refunded money). I have called them four times starting three weeks ago and also went into the bank to ask for my money back. They keep saying that they will transfer money within 24 hrs but nothing is happening. Does anyone know where I can complain to or what to do to get my money back?
Thank you
Thank you

You can raise a formal complaint by telephone, letter, or email.
Once that's done you should see some traction. The other option, is to go into the branch and refuse to leave until it's sorted. Telling all customers that come through the door your problems you're having0 -

Similar circumstances have put my credit card in to a positive balance before. I simply spent the money.
I assume it's quite a significant amount and you'd prefer to have it sat in your bank account.
So, if I were you, I'd make a complaint. You can do it by phone: www.santander.co.uk/uk/help-support/complaints. It's an 0800 number.0
