Dripping tap - changing the washer

Does anyone have any ideas how to open these taps so that I can change the washer?

Thanks

On the side of the spindle of the tap there looks like a grub screw you can remove to remove the chrome tap the lower chrome part may or may not just lift off but most likely will have to be remove CAREFULLY with a pair pliers. Be aware this tap will not have a washer to change they most likely have a ceramic valve with ceramic washers. Here is a link to clean and repair.
