Advice in filling out Application N244 for CCJ Removal

I need advice filling in application N244 for CCJ removal. Let me explain...
I recently checked my credit file and was mortified to find a CCJ I knew nothing about on there. I rang the court who has issued it and they told me it was requested by Leeds College of Building on the 8th October 2014, the college I was studying at at the time. I was behind on my fees (around £275) because I became unemployed in June 2014 and was struggling with finances. I moved house in May 2014 and all correspondence was sent to my old address so I was totally unaware of the notice of CCJ etc. I spoke to the college on the 15th October 2014 and set up a payment plan for the money (without knowing about the CCJ) so this was not paid within the two week period, although both parties were satisfied.
I have spoke to Northampton Court who have informed me I can submit application N244 to have the CCJ removed completely rather than listed as satisfied. I have spoken to the college and they are happy to sign the application with the reasoning given above that I never received the notice of CCJ. If anyone has any knowledge of this application and how I should go about it, please get in touch and I will tell you whatever I can!
