travel insurance whilst having medical investigations

Hi we are taking a european road trip next week, but i am struggling to get travel insurance due to currently having investigations into possible bowel problems and endometriosis (gynae problem).
I haven't spoken to a real person yet just tried to get quotes online and more than a few are coming up with 'we cannot insure you'.
What on earth do i do?

I'd be surprised if endometriosis is going to be a major problem, it may cause some to decline or offer cover excluding it but not a blanket decline.

Any undiagnosed condition is going to cause problems getting cover as insurers dont like uncertainty and even simply excluding it becomes difficult as clearly bowel issues can be caused by something much wider leaving a lot of questions on if anything outside of a trip/fall is going to be covered.
