My Panny TV required a full retune - it cant add new channels without refinding all of them - duh!

Well, M&M is there now,

Yes, but I rather suspect a retune may be required, though it may still be on 14. This is because only two of the six multiplexes are licensed for subscription-paid channels, and Top-up TV will want to replace it on their available capacity. Perhaps a screen announcement will appear in the near future.

You guys should retune/rescan: You will find
1) channel 39: E4+1 (currently broadcasting 2min Ident loop)
2) channel 49: "TopUpTV new channel" (to launch by 1st June)
3) channel 705 : rumoured to be the big brother interactive service, but nothing official
4) teletext through ITV1 (but this isnt so new)

If you rescan on Friday, around 6am, you should then find E4 on Channel 14 unencrypted (for those with boxes without a cardslot).

Any romours that this wont happen have been quoshed, as Channel 4 are mentioning freeview from Friday on every E4 trailer now.
