Post IVA Help please

Good afternoon.
I am seeking help and information after coming out of my IVA.
I have been cleared of all debt for 2 months now after completing 5 years on the IVA, I have received the certificate and i am free.
I have contacted Experian and had almost all the files updated and my score has now gone from 404 to 840 and my wife is over 900 (this is without me contacting experian about her file)
We have now additional £650.00 since finishing the IVA.
The advice i need is simple. I need to remortgage as currently i am with MAS No5 at a rate approaching 7%
I have a 74k mortgage payin near £600 per month.
I also have a secured loan of 13k paying £266 per month.
I have done some test on rates and mortgages and the best i can see is a 90k mortgage
to pay off MAS No5 and the secured loan this is a variable rate at 2.99% at a all in monthly cost of £504.00 thus saving £358.00 additional!
this clearly makes sense and with my surplus since finishing the IVA would take our monthly total over 1k totally spare.
So my question is what bank is best to try get a remortgage, what is the likely hood of getting it.
as it is so clear we are more than solvent to pay this and it is so clear it is the best way forward. But with us still under the IVA shadow i am lost what to do.
I Know some people might say i probably won't get a mortgage until the 6th year is up and it is cleared from my file but surly there must be someone to help with common sense as the savings i could make is crazy we are talking near on 4k extra paying until we get something sorted (10 months)
Even if we have to pay a little more at a higher premium surly it will be so much bettter that what we are paying right now.
We are delighted to be free but now we want everything else sorted.
Please please someone help. it would be very much appreciated.
