God bless their little hearts.
Microsoft have managed to circumvent the 'Hide update' for the utterly pathetic Windows 10 upgrade.
Now it's trying to force its way onto my computers again.
So, a month later, I have to go through the same process again to stop the automatic update.
Gee whizz, Microsoft know how to impress people.

Wheres the problem? Let it install and ignore it. Its a free upgrade but if you want to ignore it you can.
The upgrade WILL NOT install W10 automatically, it may download files but you choose to install W10 or not. Microsoft are not forcing you to upgrade.0 -
So far as I can see you have to manually reserve the upgrade. All the PTF does is produce the (admittedly annoying) icon offering the upgrade. It doesn't always do that either as there is some initial vetting on the existing software and hardware before the icon appears.0

Its not a 'problem' but the whole tactic is a bit too pushy.0 -
Agree with above - Microsoft seem TOO keen that we all update to 10, almost ramming it down our throats.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Really? an icon in the toolbar and a offer of free software you can decline is not really ramming it down your throat...
They are keen more in W10 reduced support costs, but its not as if you have no option and have to update..0
