Cobra/Vodafone alarms

I bought a used car which has a Cobra alarm, and the spare fob's little rubberised strap with a loop for a keyring had broken off.
After a bit of a search I found that they are now part of Vodafone, so I called them to see if I could get a replacement one for the fob.
No problem they said and a padded envelope with a couple of them in arrived next day. A quick prise open of the fob, take out the remains of the broken strap, bung in a new one and pop it back together, and now it's on a keyring.
That's good customer service - thanks Cobra/Vodafone!
