Best value mixed frozen veg

Which frozen veg bag is the best value?

I'm trying all of them.

Tesco and sainsburys do 1.3kg mixed veg for £1. Iceland does 1kg for 89p.

All the others around the same sort of price, some are more expensive nearer £1 per kg. usually about four different common veg, but thy all differ a little, so good to buy different ones for variety, but maybe the more expensive bags are better quality?

Morrisons guarantee flash frozen within 45mins which locks in all the goodness.

Which bags of mixed frozen veg do other members of MSE prefer?

I want mine for mixing in a smoothly and drink raw, so the best quality is more important for me.

Sainsburys do a basic mix 1kg for 80p which has cauliflower in and my daughter loves it.

I am unable to give you price or weight of Frozen mixed veg. but we have found those sold by Lidl to have a good selection and cook well

How can you tell the quality and how long after they were picked until they were flash frozen?

I'm going to write to each upper market and try no find out.

Farmfoods have chopped mixed veg as well as other chopped veg bags for 69p when I was in a few weeks back.

I've not tried the mixed veg but the frozen veg I buy regularly from Farmfoods is excellent (mostly peas and leeks).

Do they do free delivery, I'm in north London and the are no stores near to me.
