Is it possible to open a Halifax junior isa without even a £1 deposit ?
My Halifax branch say it is ( I got a statement in saying nothing in my sons account but I thought there was _ unless I produce receipt nothing they can do?, I opened a junior isa for him last May but they say nothing in it) I Cant remember exactly now as over a year ago and no receipt!)

It would be possible to allocate a sort code and account number and forget to collect a deposit.0
