in Credit cards
Right you clever lot, I'm looking to extend my borrowing as cheaply/profitably as possible, either as extra funds for my house extension if required or for stoozing if not. Highest savings rate available to me is 2.4% net as all higher rate accounts are full.
I earn more than average, have £2.5k on 0% purchases card with £3k limit (opened in March, 0% for next 18 months), and a normal 0.5% cashback card I stopped using in March, limit £1750.
Hopefully just by writing this will clarify the options, but any additional thoughts you have are most welcome.
Option a) get BT card, transfer £2.5k, and continue spending on 0% card for next 18 months.
Option b) leave current cards until 0% period ends, and get a new 0% spending card for new purchases.
Option c) money transfer from a new credit card to current account, plus one of the options above.
Have I missed anything?

Im a tad confused as to why you'd be looking at stoozing techniques if you have outstanding 2.5k of debt basically?
If you don't use your cash back card its probably best to get rid of it, cut it up, close the account.0 -
Debt as in what sense? Technically it's debt but 0% while the balance to pay it off is in interest paying accounts. I thought that's what stoozing was...?0
