deleting user accounts

i had a problem with spy shredder and got rid of it using the instructions given on this site. i wanted to delete my 3 sons accounts to get rid of the rubbish but it won't work. it just jams after i press delete acc and files.when i try to close it to start again it comes up not responding. can anyone help. thanks.

Can you change any of the account settings or log into the accounts? The profiles may be damaged in which case the accounts are not useable anyway.

i restarted it and managed to get one done.it's still running the next one very slowly. i was trying to delete some of their documents instead and it came up an error in the script,thats when i restarted it.i also cant get back my desktop background it won't let me click on anything. thanks for your help.

If there is a lot of rubbish or temp files the deletion will take time. Once it is finished post back and tell us what is happening with the desktop background issue.

i've deleted the accounts but i can't change the desktop and i've lost the address box when i click on tools then address bar it doesn't do anything. can you help.

got the address bar back. just the desktop to sort now.
