Tesco mobile insurance

Would like to know peoples thoughts and experiences with them. Have had a few problems.
Nb not liking that this is impossible to search on here now. I tried to search the forums 'tesco mobile insurance' and got ridiculous results!

Is that insurance that Tesco Mobile sell when you buy a phone from them?
Is that mobile insurance that Tesco Bank sell/give away irrespective of where you got the phone?
When is the policy from?
If its the Tesco Mobile one then the current policies are underwritten by Liberty Mutual and claims handled by New Asurion Europe Limited. Personally have no experience of them but you may have more luck looking into Asurion Europe/UK than Tesco0
