PPI claim

Hi, I apologise if this has been asked before but here goes: I finally got out of debt, with the aid of payplan, they were able to freeze my interest payments and after a couple of years I was able to pay off in full. It transpires that one of the people I owed money to (Barclays) owes me money for a mis sold PPI. I am dubious as to whether to pursue it though as they might in turn ask me for the interest i didn't pay, when it was frozen. Has anybody out there gone through this?
Thanks and regards

Give them a few more days.
If you win redress, you only get back PPI that you actually paid plus, the 8%.0 -
Thanks for the answers guys, I suppose the safe way as to try and calculate what I would have had to pay them if interest had not been frozen. Kind of difficult to work out how much possible PPI though0
