Require advice - am in a catch 22 situation

Apologies for taking my frustrations out on you lot but thanks for the advice.

I probably don't understand the financial world - hell, if I did I wouldn't be in this crappy situation!

It's not brokers I have an issue with - estate agents and banks most definitely - they seem to !!!! me off on a regular basis!

FWIW the house is currently on the market for £20000 less than market value - just wish someone would snap it up so I can get on with the rest of my life!

Apologies again for being rather aggressive but having been down beaten for such a long time I feel it does me good to air my grievances and nobody ever gets where they wanna be if they just tow the line!

How much is the roof repair likely to cost? Your asking price should be that much less than value if fixed and then probably a bit more if you want a quick sale.
