UKCPS & Private Parking Appeals

Afternoon All,
So, my car received a ticket in Feb - then NTK followed, I sent the MSE letter template but that made no difference. So, I appealed using Private Parking Appeals. Despite requesting information from Private Parking Appeals about their progress I've heard nothing back.
Today, i've come home to a letter from UKCPS 'Notice to Pay Immediately' before 'debt recovery will commence. Failure to pay or make a binding agreement to pay within 14 days of receipt of this letter will automatically lead to recovery action'. The cost now being £125.
Can anyone advise what I should do next? I have phoned Private Parking Appeals, but only get the answer phone.
Thanks,

If you suspect tax evasion go here
https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/hm-revenue-customs/contact/reporting-tax-evasionYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
hopefully one of their forum members here will spot this thread and get in touch with you by pm, email or phone
the phone and responses etc situation was discussed on here recently , did you read that thread ?
but as this is the IPC then I cannot say what will happen as they no longer accept those appeals, yours apparently predates that decision0
