Can anybody please guide me how much roughly will it cost roughly for landscaping the garden and clear up the mess created by builders.

You could probably do a lot of it yourself. I think it looks worse than it is. Once the rubble is cleared and the grass cut you can put up a decent fence and re turf the lawn it will look nice.0

Can you move the rubble yourself by hand or in a wheelbarrow?
If the answer is yes then the minimum cost to remove it is probably just the cost of the skip(s).0 -

It really depends on the length and the type of fence.
If you think that you will need someone to clear up the rubble, landscape, and completely re-fence then I expect it would come to several thousands.
You could start by budgeting 5k then contact local contractors to ask them rough estimates after explaining your situation.0
