Voluntary Termination
Hi All,
Really sorry as I know this will have been covered a million times but needed some advice.
Just call fiat to terminate and informed them I will be cancelling. Well over the 50% and so all that is fine.
They have said with the letter I need to send my V5. Is this right?
Also have asked when collecting that I provide MOT doc and service stamps.
In addition have suggested my mileage (which is high) might be charged and I was sure they couldn't do that?
lastly, the guy on the phone said that once I got my letter stating the plans for collection, I could cancel my DD but very dubious about that.
Any help is massively appreciated.
