    Think the OP is barking up a wrong tree here....

    Everything seems to be in order. The company is owned by a large multi-national French financial services company, LaSer group which in turn is part of BNP Paribas, one of Europe's largest banks.

    I still think its strange, because Sygma Banque used to have a CC Licence number 0516779, but it expired in March 2007 and it hasnt filed accounts fo the last 10 years.
    I suppose only time will tell

    No that wasnt the intention. Friend Im trying to help sent a CCA request and my curiosity got the better of me when I started to look at his agreement

    Creation have serviced Sygma's accounts for some years. I think what w have here is a restructuring.

    Non UK companies that trade here are supposed to have a registered office in the Uk where documents can be served and that address should be registered at Companies House in wither England and Wales, or Scotland or N Ireland. (In practice that is often not complied with). However they are principally subject to their domestic company regulations.

    Yes I agree that they are principally subject to their home company regulations, but their T & C state that UK law applies , and UK law requires EEA firms that have UK Branches to file accounts
