STANDARD COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
These standard terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided to you or to which you are referred at the time of entering the competition.

The promoter is: Boomerang, Hickstead Ltd, Company no. 00659028 whose registered office is at All England Jumping Course, London Road, Hickstead, RH17 5NU
Competition details form part of these terms and conditions
Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees of Hickstead LTD or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition
Entrant(s) must be aged 14 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition
Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Closing date for entry will be 10 August. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The winner(s) is (are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents.
The promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of competition
Competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen at random by Hickstead LTD or subsequent third party instructed by Hickstead LTD

The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
