Levelling Compund Moisture and Wooden Floor

Hi All,

Hope you are well. I have recently bought a house and taken out wooden flooring to level the living room. We used levelling compound and have bought moisture meter as someone told me all moisture must go out before new wooden floor can be laid out. It's been 5 days since moisture reduced last time and then it's stuck around 15 to 20%. I don't think it's reducing and I don't know how much time it will take to go to 0%. We did around 2.5 cm of levelling and some guide says you need 1 week per cm. But at the speed it's going, I don't think this will remove moisture in 3 weeks.

Are there any tricks I can use to remove moisture quickly? I searched on google but no luck. Also, do I really need to wait till moisture is 0%?
