any reputable quick-buy house firms

Can anyone recommend any companies that would purchase my parents house? we have had found national property trade who seem to have good reviews on reviews.com and a good review on google. If anyone has any experiences bad / good could you please let me know.

    Seriously, by definition, a 'quick-buy' company is out to make money by exploiting people in financial difficulty.

    The term 'reputable' really does not come into it.

    From the first review, it sounds like they start by putting a charge on your house to stop you selling via any other route. And having trapped you, they then have a free hand to pressurise you into selling at a very low price.

    If you want to sell quickly you would be much better using an estate agent and pricing it competitively. Despite what they say it will probably take a similar amount of time.
