Can anyone recommend any companies that would purchase my parents house? we have had found national property trade who seem to have good reviews on reviews.com and a good review on google. If anyone has any experiences bad / good could you please let me know.

Seriously, by definition, a 'quick-buy' company is out to make money by exploiting people in financial difficulty.

From the first review, it sounds like they start by putting a charge on your house to stop you selling via any other route. And having trapped you, they then have a free hand to pressurise you into selling at a very low price.0 -
If you want to sell quickly you would be much better using an estate agent and pricing it competitively. Despite what they say it will probably take a similar amount of time.0
