we was booked to travel to Tunisia September 2015 as we all know these holidays are now cancelled. we looked on the first choice web site regarding the Tunisia updates this is taken from it..

I did copy the link from first choice but I am unable to


we chose the extra flight from Doncaster on the 27th September payed an extra £81pp after the £50 deduction..
the following day they rang saying this was not covered for the extra £50 off as this flight in not covered as all the extra flights had now gone ,we pointed out that sunday to Malaga from Doncaster was one of the extra flights, the reply was you are booked to fly at 7.00am not on the extra flights at 9.00 am at no point in there statement does it say flight times it only says flights on these days,,we feel as we was forced to take a refund as they was unable to offer anything else.
is this false advertising

Thomson don't read emails...

Send them an old-fashioned letter with the heading "letter before action" and state that you are instructing solicitors and will issue court proceedings unless you hear from them within 14 days.

Sending them a letter is not going to get you any more noticed than filling out there online form. And they have 28 days to respond so will take no notice of a threat of 14 days.

The problem is though that you have now cancelled so all you will get is an apology, there is nothing else they can do as they can't reduce your booking or anything.
Why not just forget them and find another holiday with someone else?
