I have one of the above printers and can't find the answer to two problems. Can anyone advise me please.
When printing from my iPad the letters are huge. How do I make them normal size ie 12 please?
The letter printing is very faint despite new cartridges. I have printed out on my husband's HP Photosmart C4180 printer and it is much brighter. I have read through the manual online but can't find an answer. This is the most urgent request for help please. Typically husband is not around! Many thanks for any help/advice.
