Intelligent Finance Anyone?

Does anyone still have an Intelligent Finance current account which they are using regularly?
If so have you tried their phone service, is it any good?
Do they do seem to be very keen to discourage its use?
They keep sending my friend letters encouraging her to switch, even if it is to a diffent banking group!

They're run by Bank of Scotland which is owned by Lloyds so it's probably half decent, switching from whom?0

Other customers have received similar letters. There's an old thread about it here:

Basically, it seems like Intelligent Finance is being slowly wound up. It hasn't been possible to open new accounts with them for some time now, even if you're an existing customer.0 -
They don't seem to be keeping the IF website up to current standards, online banking doesn't work with firefox anymore. I reported it to them months ago.0
