Remember though that bailiffs are court appointed and not just debt collectors.
In order for the bailiffs to be involved, it would need to go to court, a judge would need to rule against them and also, they'd have to neglect to pay/make a payment arrangement.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
