Ukpc parking charge going to get blue badge pc issued

Hi not so sure if it's a valid reason to appeal this parking charge but i'll let the experts decide. I parked on a courtyard at my aunts house who is disabled and a blue badge holder. i went in to her home in order to obtain the blue badge and display it to pick her up and help her get to an appointment in the car. As I came out with the blue badge the parking charge enforcer was taking pictures of my car with the parking charge on my front screen. i tried to explain but obviously that didn't get me any where. How do i go about appealing this in the best way?
please help me

Just follow the NEWBIES guide. What happened rarely matters, especially with BPA members .... you'll easily see this off at POPLA if UKPC are foolish enough to reject your appeal.0

the BB isnt valid on private land anyway (read the blue booklet) , (but the EA2010 is)
so as noted above, just follow the standard appeals procedure in the NEWBIES sticky thread0
