75 year old neighbour

My neighbour wants to change her gas and electricity suppliers but doesn't have a computer, she wants to do it by phone. Does anyone know if there's a phone equivalent to comparison sites that she can call herself?

Uswitch used to have a telephone version, not sure if that's still the case.

Perhaps you can help - by putting in her usage on-line - then give her the 'phone no for the 'best' with 'phone option.

It might be worth making contact with her local AgeUK - our local one offers all sorts of practical help around finances.

Newspapers often have links to a switching service, with phone numbers.

They're usually on the day that they do their personal finance advice.

If she can use a computer most libraries have public use computers.
