My neighbour wants to change her gas and electricity suppliers but doesn't have a computer, she wants to do it by phone. Does anyone know if there's a phone equivalent to comparison sites that she can call herself?

Perhaps you can help - by putting in her usage on-line - then give her the 'phone no for the 'best' with 'phone option.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0

It might be worth making contact with her local AgeUK - our local one offers all sorts of practical help around finances.0
