Noob question regarding execution only broker and ACC funds

Ok thanks. I was originally going to go with LYXOR as they had a slightly higher 'crown' rating on Trustnet, lower annual charges (0.35% compared with 0.4% for ishares) and slightly better 3yr performance. In the end because of my original concerns mentioned above I placed an order for a few ishares ftse 250 instead, but thanks for the tip re vanguard.0
