I've got the same problem with waiting on a support ticket, but I requested a payout on Saturday and it turned up in my paypal account yesterday so that still seems to be working.

This website rating means nothing I'm afraid. There is no customer review on it nor any complaint. It just says it is not acredited with the following info:

May last redemption is on 7th of September apparently, arrived on Paypal without a problem.

My last ticket was on 3rd of September and answered on 6th.

So between 6th and today - something must have happened

Same here, I was not expecting such a quick payment! Mine was Paypal. Hope everyone gets their payments soon.
