Is anyone waiting for support tickets to be answered and dealt with ?
I have one from 15 sept and one from 25 sept which have been ignored so far

Is anyone waiting for payments to arrive from the last month ?

There's lots of complaints on the facebook page about payments not been honoured and support tickets going un-answered.

Scam advisor have dropped them down to 50%

Have you gone into website and checked the support ticket's status? You don't get an e-mail reply. I had one couple of weeks ago and it was replied in 3 days.
Last time I redeemed was early September and arrived without a problem. Hope it won't go bust as I like GH
