TSB Credit card

Hi,

I opened up a TSB Classic plus account about a month ago. Any experience with TSB after long the account will show up credit card offers?

Usually 3 months or so.

I opened a TSB Classic Plus and was offered a credit card after about 5 months of using the account.

Thanks. Did the offer appeared on Internet banking and was there credit check applied?

I was offered nothing, I applied once just after opening the account and they said no.

I tried again six months later and they said yes.

Yes the offer appeared on my Internet Banking - they then credit checked on application.

I was offered their credit card as soon as I opened the account.

It was 'pushed' when I visited them in branch to discuss my O/D application.

I guess it's subject to status as to when their computer decides you are eligible.

I applied for my TSB account online. It offered me 1k OD facility but I went ahead with £250. It is showing Credit card offer on my Halifax Internet banking today.

Will see if offer appears on my TSB account in next 3-6 months.
