Had valid visitors permit

I had a valid visitors permit displayed on my dashboard, but have still received a parking ticket , stuck to drivers window, have emailed pps parking with photo of dashboard showing permit and have asked them to supply me with there photo of my dash with no permit, will they do this, do they even take photos as proof, am really annoyed I even have to do this with a vis able valid permit showing.

Sorry, new to this, what is NTK and POPLA, no I have not disclosed identity of driver, this is a copy of email I sent, I sent a photo of permit on dash board with wording: this is a picture taken of the visiters permit very clearly displayed on my dashboard. I would like to know on what grounds I have been issued with a fine, I want a email back, with a picture taken by your parking attendant today. Followed by reg and ticket number etc0
