hi,

I suffer from depression and have it in writing from my employer under the equality act 2010,what is

the likelihood of being accepted for our voluntary leavers scheme ? bearing in mind I have been off

sick many times in my 7 years at work, also is it easy for them to just get rid of me without redundancy? Also can you ask for more money for voluntary redundancy.

thanks again.

You can ask for more money but you aren't likely to get it. Most employers have a fixed scheme. Whether they are likely to give it to you is something that nobody but they can answer - so you would have to ask the employer.
