Hi looking for e-mail address for TIM WOODS Head of Customer Services at Santander.
Interest added onto credit card despite having 18th months interest free credit on purchases, and after phoning and e-mailing customer services they have still not removed interest and it is still showing for the next month. 2 Letters from Tim Woods but the only contact details are that of customer services who don't seem to have a clue.
Thanks

It may not be a real person, I'm sure I've found that with a bank before that the name on letters wasn't there.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

It's possible. In the worlds of Lean, OpEx, continuous improvement, TIM WOODS is a popular personified acronym for the '8 wastes' that businesses should aim to minimise/remove:
Transportation
Inventory
Motion
Waiting
Overproduction
Overprocessing
Defects
Skills
it could be a not-so-subtle nod to their CI teams for 'automating' Customer Service letters. Would be extremely poor to pass off correspondence from a fictional employee though.
If you make a complaint regarding your interest, it should be investigated. If you still encounter problems, you can then refer the outcome of your complaint to the FOS.0 -
