Hi.
So I have closed my nationwide account 2 weeks ago, tonight I am not with it and stupidly sent £100 from my Lloyds account to my nationwide account (which is closed). I am now frantically looking on the Internet to what should happen. Does it bounce back? Is it somewhere between Lloyds and nationwide? What should I do? Who do I call? Thank you in advance xx

Did you switch the account or just close it? If you switched it, it will be forwarded to your new account.
In the past a bank has sent me a cheque for a payment made to a closed account, I guess that's what Nationwide will do. Just call them in the morning to ask how they usually handle it.0 -
If it was closed, then the payment has to bounce, but I don't know any strict timeframe for this.0

I switched it. Oh brilliant so that means it might have gone straight to my new account.
Thank you for your help.0 -
