Pureprofile Redempions - What Is Going On?

Redeemed £25 odd on 23rd May. Their site says you have to wait 30 working days not counting weekends and Bank Holidays. My Bank Account details haven't changed since my last redemption about 6 months ago which went ok.


When 30 working days had passed and I still hadn't received a payment I sent customer services an email and received a reply saying they were having a "few problems" with the UK redemptions but hoped to have the money in my account "by the end of the week".


Well that was exactly a week ago and the money STILL hasn't appeared. I think it is unfair that these companies make you wait so long in the first place in the age of the Faster Payment, but even allowing for the fact that it is coming from abroad it still shouldn't take that long. I ordered a pair of trainers from Germany on Thursday and had them in my hands by Monday, so why should an electronic transfer of funds take in excess of 6 weeks?


Most unfair. They still keep sending me survey requests, but I'm strangely disinclined now.

You'd probably get a better response by posting this in the "money making" subforum.

Anyway, I made a redemption in may also (end of) and got my money at the beginning of this month, probably just inside their own stated timescales.
I've redeemed hundreds with them over the years, they seem pretty trustworthy. Have you checked their Facebook page for others having similar issues?
