Groupon refund?

I bought a Groupon deal in June to get my car aircon regassed at a local garage.
I've rang the garage on a weekly basis since but the offer has been popular and they only have limited slots available to carry out the work. Unfortunately we haven't been able to find a mutually convenient time to have the work carried out.
The voucher expires tomorrow so I've asked Groupon for a refund but they are refusing as I have passed the 14 day cooling off period.
Where do I stand now? Surely I can't just be left with nothing as it's not my fault the garage was too busy?
Even more frustrating as with the recent hot spell of weather and a job that involves a lot of driving, I could have really have done with the aircon working!

Yes, you are entitled to a full refund as you have been sold something that is not available.
Could you get the garage to write a note saying that they are unable to give you an appointment due to over subscription?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
