tax credit perscription exemption card

Options
Hi

Can anyone tell me what the cut off point for getting a Exemtion Certificate card is please? We have had one for ages due to receiving working and child tax credit. Went to collect perscription yesterday and chemist said that card was now out of date, phone the exemption people and they said we are now over the limit to receive one, yet our income is lower than the previous year and we were automatically sent one, did not have to apply for it.

Can anyone please enlighten me?
thanks

    Hello,

First off, am not back in work till tommorrow so can't confirm 100%, but as far as I am aware the cut off point for an exemption certificate for this year is £15,050 (will double check tommorrow for you).
