Hotmail Deleting Emails

Is there a way to stop Hotmail automatically deleting emails from my deleted items folder ???

No, I don't think you can.
Sounds like you really want to do is create a separate folder called "Archived" or similar, and move emails into that, instead of deleting them.
You should only really Delete things if you want them to be Deleted

Do as above, if you don't want them in your inbox, create a new folder. I only delete spam and phishing emails.0
