Hi I was in asda today I must admit I was irregularly parked ( I'd not gone forward enough so was jutting out there were no cars next to me to line up ,, got back to car to find a ticket, said I was obstructing and cars had to swerve to avoid hitting me which was a bit of an egaduration .. I went to customer service they said oh region guy is on holiday and he would have issued a warning not a ticket so just appeal but she wrote on my ticket ticket cancelled . I e wrote a letter of appeal stating all this I'm a bit confused she also said no one has come to her and complained about obstruction and that the store was quiet so shouldn't have caused a problem , also the store has not suffered a loss and doesn't understand why he fined me any tips gratefully relieved 😔

Start by reading the Newbies Sticky at the head of this forum. That outlines your situation and the steps you need to see them off.
If you have appealed on the basis of your post, it is very likely you will have it rejected, so could you tell us which PPC is involved - that way we will know if its a POPLA or IAS appeal you will need to submit next.
Also, don't trust store-based promises of cancellation. They often come to nothing - You need to have it properly in writing and confirmed in writing by the PPC concerned.0 -

It is not a fine, this is a speculative invoice from a private company, the only people who can issue fines are police and councils.0
