Kedem cosmetics

I rashly purchased £500 worth of Kedem cosmetics at the Ideal Home Show. The cream had an adverse effect on my skin and I've spent some more money trying to correct the problem. I purchased duplicates which are all still unwrapped in boxes and cellophane. Ive tried ringing and emailing Kedem to ask for a refund. They will not return my emails, mostly my emails come back mailer demon failure. Sacha And Rachel, Kedem secretaries who answer the phone, take my number and nobody has got back to me.
Has anyone one else been pressurised at the IHS? Does anyone have any experience of dealing with Kedem, email address, phone number?
